Our respective webstores and Flagship stores in New York and Tokyo also produce exclusive items which we may not stock.

We accept all currencies. Please select your chosen shipping country and required currency in the bottom right hand corner of our website to help make shopping easier for you.

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. All credit card purchases are processed securely by Shopify Pay. We also accept PayPal, Klarna & Clearpay. No account sign up is required and its free.

All international orders (outside of the UK) are processed by our international merchant, Global-E. Our Global-E checkout allows you to pay in your chosen currency, checkout in your preferred language and use local payment methods including Deal, UnionPay, and many more.

All credit card checks are subject to validation via 3D secure by the card issuer. 3D Secure enables the shopper to enter a password to confirm their identity with the card issuer, it improves the security of Internet payments. These checks are made on all Visa and MasterCard credit cards reducing the likelihood of fraudulent usage and improving overall transaction performance. If you do not have 3D secure set up on your credit card we recommend that you do.

Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout. We do not however ship to PO Box addresses under any circumstances.

UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail 48 hours.

EU and Rest of World orders will be shipped with DHL Standard Courier or DHL Express, depending on the selected service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill in your address once and it will be saved with us.

Please be advised that customs charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country. Billionaire Boys Club Europe has no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. Payment of duties however will be covered by BBCICECREAM.EU so your item will be delivered as DDP.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once submitted. If you are unhappy with what you have received you can always return the item(s) back to us. Please visit our Returns page for more information. We advise checking over the order before completing the checkout.

2. Post back back your return via an insured and trackable delivery method.

For further assistance, please email service@bbcicecream.eu including your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation.

We only accept returns of purchases made from bbcicecream.eu within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Billionaire Boys Club Europe will cover the cost for the return shipping charges.

We will refund your payment in 1-2 weeks from when we receive your returned order in its correct condition back to us. This time may take a little longer depending on the polices of your credit card issuer.
