From time to time we release exclusive products that are only available to purchase at bbcicecream.eu and our London Satellite Store. Our respective webstores and Flagship stores in New York and Tokyo also produce exclusive items which we may not stock.

We accept all currencies. Please select your chosen shipping country and required currency in the bottom right hand corner of our website to help make shopping easier for you.

We accept the following credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. All credit card purchases are proccesed securely by Shopify Pay. We also accept PayPal, Klarna & Clearpay. No account sign up is required and its free.

All international orders (outside of the UK) are processed by our international merchant, Global-E. Our Global-E checkout allows you to pay in your chosen currency, checkout in your preferred language and use local payment methods including Deal, UnionPay, and many more. Customers outside of the UK can also select to pay taxes and customs whilst processing their order to make the shipping process as smooth and efficient as possible.

All credit card checks are subject to validation via 3D secure by the card issuer. 3D Secure enables the shopper to enter a password to confirm their identity with the card issuer, it improves the security of Internet payments. These checks are made on all Visa and MasterCard credit cards reducing the likelihood of fraudulent usage and improving overall transaction performance. If you do not have 3D secure set up on your credit card we recommend that you do.

We ship to over 50 countries across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada & Australia.

- UK £4.50 via DHL, £9.50 via DPD Saturday (Free for orders of £150 and over)
- EU costs start at £8 (Free for orders of £200 and over)
- Rest of Europe £20 (Free for orders over £200)

Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout. We do not however ship to PO Box addresses under any circumstances.

UK orders will be shipped with either DHL, Royal Mail or DPD depending on the service selected. EU and Rest of World orders will be shipped with DHL. *For a UK next day service order before 4pm GMT.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill in your address once and it will be saved with us.

Please be advised that customs charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country. Billionaire Boys Club Europe has no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. Payment of duties however will be covered by BBCICECREAM.EU so your item will be delivered as DDP.

1) Send an email to service@bbcicecream.eu including your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation.
2) Download, print and complete our returns form.
3) Post back back your return via an insured and trackable delivery method.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Billionaire Boys Club Europe will cover the cost for the return shipping charges.

We will refund your payment in 1-2 weeks from when we receive your returned order in its correct condition back to us. This time may take a little longer depending on the polices of your credit card issuer.
