Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached, they should be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt date. Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are securely packaged. Processing of refunds may take up to 7-10 working days upon receipt of the return.
For the safety of our staff, all returns packages will be quarantined for 72 hours upon receipt of delivery. Please take this into consideration when contacting our customer service team to enquire about the status of your return/exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products.

Returns sent back to us which have not been confirmed via email will take longer to process and may be refused. bbcicecream.eu is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.

Given implications caused by Brexit at the UK border, customers from the EU are wholly liable for ensuring return parcels have the correct tax & duty documentation attached. It is highly likely that any parcels will be returned to sender by your local customs authority if the correct documentation is not included or attached.
Promotional & Complimentary Gifts
Whereby a complimentary gift is provided as part of an order over a specified amount, refunds will not be processed if the complimentary gift is not also returned by the customer. For example, if a BBC Umbrella is dispatched as a complimentary gift on an order over £300 GBP, all items including the umbrella must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
